Cardiff & Met HC have 6 mens senior field hockey teams who play in various leagues ranging from the Elite English National League to the South Wales League. Players of all abilities are welcome and Cardiff can offer performance development and a good social life thats associated with the Welsh capital.

The first team competes in the England Hockey National Premier League. As Welsh National indoor and outdoor Champions, our Mens 1st also represent Wales in the Eurohockey indoor and outdoor club championships.

Cardiff & Met Hockey has 5 senior women's teams who compete in the South Wales Hockey Leagues. The women's first team compete in the West of England Premier League and National Championship competition. They strive to secure domestic league and cup titile's to represent Wales in the Eurohockey club Championships.

Our junior hockey program is open to children of all abilities. 

Based at Cardiff Met, Cyncoed Campus, we offer a chance for children to develop their hockey skills and tactics within a fun learning environment. 

Our Hockey academy enters teams into the South Wales Youth Hockey programme from Under 8s to Under 16s and they play regular festivals and fixtures throughout the season. ​
