Cardiff & Met HC have 5 mens senior field hockey teams who play in various leagues ranging from the Elite English National League to the South Wales League. Players of all abilities are welcome and Cardiff can offer performance development and a good social life thats associated with the Welsh capital.

The first team competes in the England Hockey National League, Division 1 North. As Welsh National indoor and outdoor Champions, our Mens 1st also represent Wales in the Eurohockey indoor club championships and the prestigious European Hockey League.

Indoor training and competitions available during mid-season break

Our hockey academy is open to children of all abilities and is the recognised junior section of one of the biggest hockey clubs in Wales, Cardiff & Met Hockey Club.

Based at one of the best hockey facilities in the UK, we offer a chance for children to develop their hockey skills and tactics within a fun learning environment.  Our Hockey academy enters teams into the South Wales Youth Hockey programme from Under 9s to Under 15s and they play regular festivals and fixtures throughout the season. ​

U15 Boys & U15 Girls, Tuesdays, 18.30 – 19.30

U18 Girls, Tuesdays, 19.30 – 20.30

U15 & U18s are also invited to senior club training sessions.
